• You have a man and women in bed smoking.
• There  is a man and a women in bed smoking while having a conversation which you could infer is after sex. The girl is thanking the marriage protection amendment while the man is like yea me and my wife voted for it. So you can infer that the lady in the bed is not his wife and he is having an affair.
• The message of this cartoon could be how people take advantage of the law and vote for things that only help their dirty deeds. Also on could just say this may be why some people don't vote because they have other important things to do.
• This relates to our class discussion about voter participation if people look at it the second way I interpreted the cartoon.
• I don't really see any satire or any symbolism I just found this cartoon funny. Also I think it had a funny way of expressing voter participation.
