Election Day

• Titled Election day. There are no captions
• Not really many symbols in this cartoon. In the cartoon there is two lines toward the building one under "voter here" and the other under "Don't vote here."
• It seems like in my opinion that it is election day and their is two lines one leading to voting and the other towards not voting. The line for not voting is extremely longer than the voting one.
• I think the message of this cartoon is the lack of voter participation in this country. It is to show the drastic distance between people who participate in voting and thous who don't. Also how so many people have an unheard voice in this country for whatever reasons they have. 
• It has alot to do with the current days situation. where young people don't reallly vote because they don't fell they are being represented. We have been disscussing this alot in class. On the facts that so many people choose not to vote or just are to busy to go to the voting boths on election day.
• This cartoon use alot of satire in order to get its point across. The make the lines drasticly different to point out how big a difference between the two categories. Even tho it seems so exzagerated in the cartoon.
